  Great and efficient service. I had to unfortunately go twice, but they took such good care of me. The CNP MD are wonderful and great at communication. Thanks a lot!!

  Dr Danko and Jess took great care of me today. They are top-notch in their field IMO. I injured my finger and they fixed me right up. I've also been there many times for other illnesses and had great care from their other Dr.'s and Nurse Practitioners. I'm not sure why they rate so low but I definitely give them 5 stars!

  A bill came in last week for a river bend er. O was not sure if I owed this hospital money. As we all know, a lot of scams out there. So i can the number ending in 5002. I receive someone on the line. I explain i am not sure where thos place or who I am talking to and need information before processing a payment. The lady seemed unsure. At first could not find info. I gave here my chart number. She said yes you owe money. I asked what for and when. The lady placed me on hold for 20 minutes. When she came back she stated she was unsure but I owed the money. I stated I am not sure if this is a scam. Can I talk to a supervisor. Let me put you on hold and I will relook at the information. I tild the lady I was on for over 30 minutes and had to take care of my son, please have a supervisor call me back. She argued rudely that this was real and i do not need a supervisor. I asked her, would you pay if unsure? She did not comment then went back to you owe. I once again stated to have a supervisor contact me before the closing of business at around 1515 hours. I picked my child up, went to do a second task. When I got there early I called the ER which is in suburb of Cincinnati I found out. Nurse was sweet and confirmed the number. Also gave me the info that my son was there a few months ago. I talked to the wife. Seems billing charged us over $400 because insurance disputed and said no to the charges. My wofe called the insurance company which handled the situation. Now this was the copay. So I tried from 1530 to 1700 hoirs to call this 5002 number with no answer. My wife called the ER and they took the payment since we knew the total balance. Today, the 5002 number calls my wife to say I am rude and they would not help. Really? So I called and got the Supervisor. He was already combative on the call. He tried to say I spent 2 minutes on the call yesterday which was a lie. Then he reworded my words yesterday. I asked was the call recorded. He gave me a no but yes but no answer. He then stated i was talking to a supervisor so be happy. I asked if inhad to find him? He stated that did not matter. We talked in circles for 10 more minutes. I did let the guy know that the er had a 2.8 out of 5 star rating and i was going to give a 2 star which half of the complaints about his staff. Supervisor stated thats the er rating not us so i do not care. I let the er know shortly afyer that i was rating this even with the nice nursing staff.
